Yolanda Thomas, MBA

Yolanda Thomas is a distinguished businesswoman with over 15 years of experience in accelerating the growth of industry leaders in the B2B Marketing space. Her expertise in go-to-market execution, data-driven strategies, and sales enablement has propelled products to new heights at several Fortune 500 companies. With an MBA from Emory University and a BA in Economics from Spelman College, Yolanda's strategic insights and leadership have consistently delivered tangible results, making her an invaluable asset to The Y.E.D. Group where she focuses on Job Readiness, Transition Planning, and Empowerment Coaching.

Edwina Armstrong-Brown, MA Psy

Edwina Armstrong-Brown is a businesswoman, author, and educator with extensive experience in business development and financial aid management. As the founder and CEO of EAVisions, and Executive Director at The Y.E.D. Group, she leverages her expertise to mentor and equip others with Financial Literacy & Planning, College Preparation, and Entrepreneurship Coaching. With a distinguished career at Harvard University and a commitment to philanthropy through initiatives like Rising Phenomenal Women International, Edwina is dedicated to transforming under-resourced communities.

D’edra Y. Armstrong, MSW

D'edra Y. Armstrong has dedicated two decades to enhancing the reading and writing abilities of students, business professionals, authors, and writers. With a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master’s degree in Social Work, she combines her educational background with a passion for empowering youth and young adults by equipping them with transferrable skills. As an educator and instructor at The Y.E.D. Group, she specializes in Language Literacy, Transition Planning, and Empowerment Coaching, working closely with social service agencies to achieve successful outcomes for youth and young adults.
